BAT Housing Cooperative Society received its certificate of incorporation o 10th March 2015. We are located in Industrial area, Likoni road, British American Tobacco Kenya premises. Our membership majority are members of British American Tobacco Kenya but the open bond. .

Our ObjectivesThe objects for which the society is established are: To provide for its members living accommodation and livelihood within the area of its operation at a fair and reasonable price together with such ancillary services as roads, drainage, water and light. To provide facilities for physical and cultural recreation and all such other matters as are usual, customary and desirous for building estates, blocks of flats or single dwellings.
Our Board Members comprises of visionaries who steer the direction of our Co-operative. The team, made up of 10 members, each with a vast wealth of experience and expertise offers the Co-operative with a professional leadership which has elevated us to be the best in the real estate and property industry. Their passion and focus is to serve members and provide them with affordable property and decent housing .
